Diginexus Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott A. McCallister as President.  Mr. McCallister brings with him a wealth of experience in professional services and leadership in entrepreneurial companies.   In regards to this new position Mr. McCallister stated, "I am very pleased to join this team of talented individuals.   Diginexus has many core strengths in technology development and information security that will be the foundation for our success in the rebounding technology services marketplace."

Mr. McCallister's background is highly impressive.  Prior to joining Diginexus, Mr. McCallister had his own management consulting business that focused on creating marketing and business development strategies for entrepreneurial growth companies.   He has been a Vice President of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, one of the largest management and IT consulting firms in the world, where he was a member of the Strategy & Transformation Leadership Team for the U.S. practice.   Mr. McCallister moved to CGE&Y from a partner position at Ernst & Young U.S., LLP where his primary role was National Director of Planning.   Ernst & Young attracted Mr. McCallister from Infocore, Inc., an entrepreneurial telecommunications services company where he developed an innovative outsourcing business targeting small and medium-size organizations.   His formative business experience came from eleven years at Strategic Planning Associates, Inc., a strategy consulting firm that he joined after receiving his Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1978.
